3. Contracts

We will at the mutual agreement of both TCT and a client form a contract for services.  The contract will be for us to provide a service which will initially be to conduct a consultation at the request of the client.

All contracts will have their own terms and conditions applicable to that specific contract.  IPR is a factor which will be discussed as appropriate to each case but in all but exceptional cases the IPR will be transferred to the client.

The Concept Tree will charge a consultancy fee or a percentage of the revenue generated (normally a minimum of 6%) dependant on the nature of the business being conducted however we offer a special rate for registered charities.

4. Client Privacy

Our keyword is “privacy”!  All printed proposals and reports are released to the client and are their property and whether it is published or never sees the light of day is their choice.  A release clause must be agreed to and signed on delivery of the report releasing TCT of all responsibility resulting from the use of that report.

5. Anonymity

We do NOT publish any details whatsoever of any organisation we have worked with unless that organisation, group management or whomsoever is deemed to be in charge, has given us explicit instructions in writing to do so.  To date we have not had one such request which emphasises the need for anonymity.
